Order cancellation (the right of withdrawal)
- The client has the right to cancel a purchase order within 48 hours since the order was placed. In this case, the client sends a declaration of cancellation at info@andreounewclassic.gr. Andreou The New Classics will accept the cancellation and will return the fee to the client via his credit card or a bank transfer.
Deadline for return of a product or a refund
2. Every request for a change or product cancellation must be sent within 14 days of the delivery of the product. Requests for return or product cancellation are valid only in case of faulty products according to the greek law
